Palampur varsity secures 13th spot in national rankings

Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University (CSK HPAU), Palampur, has achieved a significant milestone by securing the 13th rank among all state and central agricultural and horticultural universities in the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF).

Sharing the news, Vice-Chancellor Prof Naveen Kumar expressed pride in this achievement and extended his heartfelt congratulations to the faculty, staff and students of the university. He stated that this ranking is a testament to the university’s consistent focus on quality education, research and extension education services.

The IIRF is a reputed, independent non-government body that evaluates and ranks institutions across the country based on various performance indicators. This ranking was determined on the basis of several criteria including placement performance, teaching-learning resources and pedagogy, research output, industry income and integration, placement strategy and support, future orientation, external perception and international outlook.
