He humorously remarked, “Now this has turned into a comedy… I encounter many challenges when performing action scenes.” It becomes challenging for him to be in the dust or without a lens while filming. However, despite this, he always refused to allow it to be his weakness.

Rana also recounted a humorous story. One day, Allu Arjun looked at him and asked, “Are you in tears?” Rana responded furiously – No, my friend, this is water from my eyes… I am unable to see with my right eye.” Rana also disclosed that he underwent a transplant for both his cornea and kidney. He humorously remarked, ‘Now I possess an eye, a kidney, many things have been transplanted… “I’m similar to the Terminator at this point.”
