What makes Vivaha Pattu Saree so special?

This mix of art, tradition, and craftsmanship is what makes the Vivaha Pattu Saree the most expensive saree in the world.

It took 36 skilled weavers a total of 4,760 hours to make this saree. Even with such effort, it took over 1.5 years to fully complete. The saree was woven using 16 colors and 64 different shades of threads.
