Nita Ambani manages the distinguished Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS), one of the best International schools in India, located at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. Presently, she is the founder and chairperson of the school. The school was established in 2003 and named after her father-in-law, Dhirubhai Ambani, founder of Reliance Industries. That lesser-known relative is also related to Mukesh Ambani. Well, she is Mamta Dalal. Nita Ambani’s younger sister, Mamta Dalal, has been an important part of the education space in India.

Mamta is the daughter of Ravindrabhai and Purnima Dalal and comes from a very established Gujarati family. Mamta, who is four years younger than Nita Ambani, has taken a different path from her more famous sister. Mamta has stayed out of the limelight and had dedicated herself to molding young minds. She teaches primary classes at DAIS and is an active member of the management committee at the school, and has contributed to the academic and administrative excellence.
