Amitabh Bachchan Bows Down To Fans Who Came To Get A Glimpse Of Him Amid The Heavy Mumbai Rains
If you are an Amitabh Bachchan fan, you would know that every Sunday, the megastar comes out of his house Jalsa in Juhe, Mumbai, and waves at his fans. Every Sunday, hundreds of people gather outside his house just to get a glimpse of the veteran actor. On Sunday, June 15, 2025, many people gathered outside Jalsa, and like always, Big B came and waved at them. But it was heavily raining, and still people did not leave, but stood there.
On his blog, Amitabh Bachchan posted about it and wrote that he bows down to his fans. He wrote, "Moosla dhaar baarish, lekin ve khade rahe ade rahe; is sneh ka mere paas koi uttar nahin, na koi shabd, bas ishwar ki kripa bani rahe - mujh par nahin - unpar jinka sneh, koi bhi baarish rok nahin sakti!! (Torrential rain; but they stood firm; I have no answer to this love, no words, only God's blessings should remain - not on me - on those whose love, no rain can stop!!) (sic)."
He further wrote, "Bahot kaha ki ghar jao, pani baras raha hai ; lekin nahin ! khade rahe, ade rahe. Main natamastak hoon unke saamane. (I told them many times to go home as it was raining heavily; but no! They stood there and remained adamant! I bow down before them)."
Big B concluded, "This be my home, my place, my residence.. for years it has been the gateway for the thousands that come - just for a glance ! This be the blessings of the Almighty .. may this affection and love from them, ever be .. my respect and my love ever! (sic)."
Clearly, this proves the stardom of Amitabh Bachchan that even heavy rains can't stop fans from waiting to get a glimpse of the megastar.
