Diarrhoea outbreak in Odisha: Jajpur dist admin bans sale of street foods for 2 weeks

Jajpur district authorities impose a temporary shutdown on street food and meat shops in Binjharpur, Dharmasala, and Vyasanagar to combat a diarrhoea surge, with Odisha Health Secretary Aswathy S. leading the response. Any establishment found violating cleanliness norms might face indefinite closure, warned the three tehsil officials.
