The Israeli Air Force bombed the offices of Iranian state broadcaster IRIB in the capital city of Tehran on Monday evening.
The incident was captured on live television when a terrified news anchor flees the studio as the airstrike disrupts the broadcast. The presenter was identified as Sahar Emami, one of the renowned TV hosts in Iran, according to Al Jazeera.
Ahead of the attack, Emami was heard saying, "Listen, what you hear is the sound of the aggressor. You hear the sound of the aggressor attacking the truth."
Following the attack, Emami joined the live broadcast of the Khabar Network, according to Mehr news agency. IRIB broadcasts have resumed following the attack, as per local reports.

Earlier, Iran urgently sought an end to hostilities with Israel. Conveying the message via Arab intermediaries, Tehran said it is ready to resume nuclear talks in Oman. However, it warned thath the US should stay out of the hostilities.
