Zeenat Aman admits she's become "a little undisciplined" with age

Zeenat Aman confessed to becoming undisciplined, using her surgery as an excuse for overindulgence and inactivity. Seeking a reset, she retreated to a spa in the Western Ghats for ayurvedic and naturopathy treatments. Refreshed, she's back to work, attending events and planning her next Kapoor series post, deciding whether to feature Shashi or Raj Kapoor first.
