Gangrape at Gopalpur Beach: 3 raped the victim; 4 minors among 10 accused, says Berhampur SP

A 20-year-old woman was gangraped at Gopalpur Beach by three among ten accused, including four minors. Berhampur SP Saravana Vivek M detailed the incident and ongoing investigation. The accused had extorted some money from the young woman in cash and also through UPI transaction.
