Sattva Group, Blackstone-backed Knowledge Realty Trust to launch India's largest REIT, raises ₹1,400 cr in pre-IPO

Knowledge Realty Trust has raised ₹1,400 crore from investors before its IPO, aiming to raise ₹6,200 crore. The REIT will be India's largest in terms of Net Operating Income and Gross Asset Value, with a portfolio of 30 prime office assets across major cities.
