24-Year-Old Hotel Manager Found Hanging in Ujjain Hotel Room

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A hotel manager was found hanging in a hotel room in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain on Wednesday morning.

The deaceased was identified as 24-year-old Kamal, son of Babulal Suryavanshi, who hails from Pipaliya Dhuma Jharda village.

This incident was reported in a hotel located near Neelkanth Gate of Mahakal Temple.

It came to light when a hotel employee went to wake the manager up. When the door did not open, he peeped through the ventilation and found him hanging from a noose.

Mahakal police reached the spot and broke open the door to recover the body. An FIR has been registered on the matter and the police have launched an investigation.

Police said that Kamal was the manager of Ravi Gupta's Hotel Shiv Kripa, Kamal had been working in the hotel for the last five years. Kamal used to live in the hotel itself.

According to information on Tuesday night, Kamal went to room number 110 to sleep. He used to wake up at 6 am every day. But on Wednesday, when he did not wake up till 7 am, the hotel employee came to wake him up.

When the door did not open even after knocking for a long time, the hotel owner Ravi Gupta asked the employee to look through the ventilation.

When the employee looked inside, Kamal was hanging from a noose. Police and FSL team reached the spot and investigated. The body was taken down from the noose. The deceased's elder brother Vikram Suryavanshi said that Kamal was the youngest among 10 siblings.

He had studied till 12th class. The deceased was unmarried. The family also does not know why he took this step of suicide. The deceased's second brother Rameshwar Suryavanshi lives in Indiranagar.

He said that he had talked to Kamal only two days ago. He did not tell about any problem. Police say that the deceased's mobile will be examined. At present, a case has been registered and investigation is being done.
