Jalna showcased a dominant performance, beating Nandurbar 34–17. Pimpri Chinchwad impressed once again with a commanding 49–25 victory over Dharashiv. Mumbai Upnagar West edged past Raigad in a close match that ended 25–23. Pune Gramin held their nerve in the final moments to register a 28–27 win against Nashik City, while Pimpri Chinchwad continued their winning streak with a tight 37–35 triumph over Nashik Gramin.
In the men’s matches, the level of competition remained intense as teams battled for dominance on the mat. Dharashiv kicked off the day with a strong 46–33 win over Nashik Shahar. Ratnagiri delivered a clinical performance to defeat Mumbai Shahar East 42–24. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar displayed excellent teamwork to beat Mumbai Upnagar East 37–22. In a nail-biter, Thane Gramin edged out Palghar with a 34–30 win. Pimpri Chinchwad maintained their momentum and defeated Ratnagiri 45–24 in a one-sided affair. Jalgaon capped off the day with an impressive 42–34 win over Thane Gramin, wrapping up another exciting round of kabaddi action.
Swapnil Narute LPU Punjab engaged in two draws
SPPV Pune University and Delhi University played a hard-fought game that ended with no runs scored from either side, finishing 0–0 in the All India Inter-University Baseball Tournament at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
