IPOs Ahead: 5 Mainboard, 11 SME Maiden Issues To Hit Dalal Street, Aim To Raise Rs 15,800 Crore

The primary market is gearing up for its busiest week of the year as five mainboard IPOs and eleven SME public issues prepare to hit the streets between June 23 and June 30. With over Rs 15,800 crore worth of fresh paper coming to market, investors face both opportunity and challenge in navigating this flood of new offerings across sectors from finance to infrastructure.

Mainboard Marathon: Big-Ticket Listings Dominate

Leading the charge is HDB Financial Services, the HDFC Bank-promoted NBFC, with its Rs 12,500 crore IPO - the year's largest so far, reported The Financial Express. The June 25-27 offering comprises a Rs 2,500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 10,000 crore OFS, priced at Rs 700-740 per share. Its July 2 listing will test the appetite for financial services players.

The infrastructure and real estate sector sees two significant entries:

  • Globe Civil Projects (Rs 119 crore fresh issue, June 24-26) at Rs 67-71 per share

  • Kalpataru Projects (Rs 1,590 crore fresh issue, June 24-26) at Rs 387-414 per share

Industrial gases player Ellenbarrie brings a Rs 852.53 crore mixed offering (June 24-26), while steel tubes manufacturer Sambhv Steel rounds out mainboard action with a Rs 540 crore IPO (June 25-27).

SME Surge: Niche Players Join the Rush

The SME segment witnesses even more frenetic activity with eleven IPOs:

  • AJC Jewel Manufacturers kicks off the week on June 23, the issue is priced between Rs 90 to 95 apiece.

  • Food sector play Abram Food follows with the subscription window opening on June 24 and the issue has a fixed price of Rs 98 per share.

  • EV-focused Supertech EV will open the bidding window June 25 with a Rs 29.90 crore fresh issue.

  • Valencia India will be open for subscription from June 26-July 3 and presents the largest SME offer at Rs 48.95 crore

Other notable SME entries include Icon Facilitators, Shri Hare-Krishna Sponge Iron, and PRO FX Tech.
