India accused Pakistan of spreading terrorism, strongly rejected the statements made in the OIC meeting

MEA: India has once again made it clear that its stand on Jammu and Kashmir is firm, and India will continue to respond strictly to the false information being spread by Pakistan. India also appealed to the OIC to keep the facts in mind and not let its platform become a weapon for the political tricks of any one country.
