Odisha to set up 9 new medical colleges in 2025-26: Health Minister

Odisha plans to establish nine new medical colleges in 2025-26, including MBBS, dental, and ayurvedic institutions, as announced by Health Minister Mukesh Mahaling at the CII-Odisha Healthcare Summit 2025 in Bhubaneswar. Minister Mahaling informed that the State is the first in India to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the healthcare sector.
