Rajasthan RPSC Lecturer Recruitment Exam Stopped 30 Minutes Early In Jhunjhunu Center, 3 Teachers Suspended

On the first day of the Rajasthan RPSC Lecturer and Coach Recruitment Exam, a shocking incident from Jhunjhunu district raised serious concerns about exam administration. In Tagore School, Seetsar, the exam was directed to be concluded almost 30 minutes ahead of time, causing confusion, frustration, and uproar among the candidates.

According to students present at the centre, they were told to put down their pens and complete their OMR sheets at 11 AM, even though the exam was meant to carry on for half an hour more. According to the NBT reports, Vijendra Khedar of Singnore candidate remarked the paper felt like it was running in "rewind mode" they hadn’t even completed half the questions when they were suddenly told only 10 minutes remained. When they protested, the invigilators allegedly said they were merely obeying superior orders.

As per the reports, District Collector Ramavatar Meena acted promptly after receiving the complaints and suspended three employees under Section 13(1) of the Rajasthan Civil Services Rules, 1958. Anita Jangid, Senior Teacher, Government Upper Primary School, Mohalla Nayakan, Jhunjhunu; Dinesh Kumar Saini, Instructor, Government Primary School, Ghorani Johdi; and Manisha, First Grade Lecturer, Government Senior Secondary School, Devgaon, are the suspended officials.

In response to the protests by the students, SDM Hawai Singh Yadav went to the exam centre to investigate. A written report has been submitted to ADM Ajay Kumar Arya and a thorough investigation is underway.
