Poco F7 5G smartphone has launched in India. The mid-range device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor and packs a mammoth 7,550mAh battery. There is a unique Cyber Silver Edition announced that has a ‘Neon Flare Deco’ design with vents and ‘limited edition’ written at the back. The smartphone offers AI features like AI Notes, AI Interpreter, and AI Recorder. The Poco F7 5G sports a dual glass design with Gorilla Glass 7 drop and scratch protection.
Poco F7 5G price in India, first day sale offers
The new Poco F7 5G is priced in India at Rs. 29,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option and Rs. 31,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage option . It will be available exclusively on Flipkart in the country from July 1, 12 noon IST.
The company has announced some first-day launch offers as well. This inlcudes a flat Rs. 2,000 discount on leading bank cards from SBI, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. Users who purchase the phone on the first day will also get Poco Shield, which offers a one-year screen replacement and a one-year additional warranty. The Poco F7 5G comes in Frost White, Phantom Black, and a limited 'Cyber Silver Edition'.

Coming to the specifications of the Poco F7 5G, the phone runs on Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 15, which claims to offer three years of software updates and four years of Android security patches. The phone features a 6.83-inch full-HD AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor that is said to achieve an AnTuTu score of 2.1million. It integrates 3D IceLoop system with AI temperature control technology to prevent the phone from heating even during long gaming sessions.
Poco F7 5G has WildBoost Gaming Optimisation 4.0 that offers a more responsive and efficient UI, maintains high refresh rate while conserving battery life, and high quality image rendering.
The Poco F7 5G will pack a large 7,550mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The battery life is said to last for up to 2.18 days of moderate usage on a full charge. It is also said to last 1600 recharge cycles with 80 percent capacity retention. The battery is said to last for two weeks on standby, 60 hours on non-stop calls, 30 hours of non-stop Instagram scrolling, and 24-hours of YouTube streaming.
Poco F7 5G is said to incorporate the same form factor as the typical 5,000mAh battery but with a 50 percent larger battery capacity. It can also double up as a power bank with 22.5W reverse charging technology that supports a range of Android, iOS, and AIoT devices.
There is IP66+IP68+IP69 certification that can sustain water depth of up to 2 metres for 30 minutes. The phone is seen sporting a dual rear camera setup, and it is confirmed to have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor. It also has a 20-megapixel selfie camera with AI-backed features like AI Image Enhancement, AI Image Expansion, AI Magic Eraser Pro, and AI Sky Replacement. Poco F7 5G will support Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth v6 connectivity.
