Team India pacer Mohammed Siraj was visibly furious with opening battter Zak Crawley on day five of the opening Test against England at the Headingley in Leeds. In a video surfaced on social media, the Hyderabad-born cricketer donned a furious expression as Crawley backed away as Siraj was approaching the bowling crease.
The incident occurred in the final over of the opening session as Siraj was determined to get one more over for India, prompting him to return to the mark quickly after bowling the fifth delivery. Due to some distraction behind the bowler at the sightscreen, the Kent batter decided to back away, leaving Siraj furious. After the final ball before lunch, he was also seen having a word with Ben Duckett.
