HCBS Developments appoints Mohit Kalia as SVP– Sales & Marketing

HCBS Developments has appointed Mohit Kalia as Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing. Kalia brings close to 15 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector, with a background in sales strategy, revenue operations, and market expansion.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, with a specialisation in Banking and Financial Support Services, and is an alumnus of BLS Institute of Technology & Management.

Before joining HCBS, Kalia was Vice President – Sales at Raheja Developers Ltd., where he oversaw sales teams and operations across multiple projects in the Delhi-NCR region.
