Outsource Employees: An Integral Part of MP Transco, says MD ER. Sunil Tiwari in 'Chai Sang’ Samvad'
The Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company (MP Transco), Er. Sunil Tiwari, held a direct dialogue with outsource employees at the company’s headquarters in Jabalpur. Approximately 140 outsource employees participated in this highly productive discussion held in two sessions. The Managing Director interacted with the employees over tea, attentively listening to their experiences, problems, and suggestions. The entire interaction remained cordial, positive, and focused on growth. This tea-time conversation was a significant step towards understanding the employees' perspectives and working for a brighter future for them.
Need for Training and Digital Proficiency--
During the interaction, the employees expressed their desire for training, skill development, and learning the e-office work system. The Managing Director appreciated these suggestions and assured them that action would soon be initiated to implement them. He also urged the employees to become proficient in the ERP system so that they can better handle the challenges of the digital era. He emphasized that outsource employees are an integral part of MP Transco and their role is just as important as that of regular and contractual employees.

The Managing Director noted that many outsource employees are skilled in their work, but in today’s competitive environment, it is essential to acquire multi-dimensional skills. He called upon the employees to engage in continuous learning and to enhance their expertise in their work.
