Sudeep Pharma Limited has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an IPO. Established in 1989, the company manufactures over 100 products across pharmaceutical, food, and nutrition sectors. The IPO includes a fresh issuance of ₹95 cr and an offer for sale of 1,00,76,492 equity shares.
