Meet actor who was just 11 when his father left his mother to remarry…, now shares beautiful bond with his…, actor is…
Popular Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor often makes headlines more for his personal life than his professional life. Born on June 26, 1985, in Mumbai to producer Boney Kapoor and the late Mona Kapoor, Arjun’s life took a turn in 1996. His father’s decision to divorce Mona and marry India’s evergreen dream girl, Sridevi, sent shockwaves through their family. Arjun was just 11 at the time, and his bond with Sridevi remained strained throughout her life.
Arjun Kapoor said, “It was very difficult…”
According to several reports, he once admitted, “When we were kids, it was very difficult for me. But what can you do? How long will you complain? You have to accept what it is, take it in your stride, and move on.”
Time, however, began to mend wounds. The sudden demise of Sridevi in 2018 became a turning point for the Kapoor family. It not only left them shattered but also brought Arjun closer to his half-sisters, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. From once not being on speaking terms, they’ve now become an unbreakable trio. Arjun often shares cherished moments with them, and both sisters now hold a significant place in his life.
