Pride 2025 campaigns spotlight real relationships & acts of support

Pride Month 2025 unfolded against a more cautious corporate backdrop, with many brands scaling back their public-facing support amid growing backlash against diversity and inclusion initiatives, particularly in the U.S. While some companies chose to stay quiet, others approached Pride with greater care, focusing on meaningful video storytelling and partnerships rooted in community. Instead of bold, wide-reaching campaigns, this year saw more selective efforts, spotlighting real voices and lived experiences while navigating a shifting cultural and political climate.
In India, Nasher Miles and Myntra launched the 'Show Your Colour With Pride' campaign, a video-first initiative starring drag performer, actor, and creator Lauren Robinson. The campaign brings digital films, influencer collaborations, and candid street interviews to highlight queer individuality and day-to-day visibility.
Meanwhile, internationally, Levi’s released 'Pride 2025: Meet You in the Park,' a video centred on everyday moments in shared public spaces, celebrating queer togetherness and belonging. Lucy & Yak followed with 'The Bonds Between Us: Nicky and Kitty,' a short film portraying the relationship between a trans parent and their children, focusing on chosen family and the quiet support systems that shape queer life.
