In Dharamshala, a cloudburst recently caused a surge of water that swept away multiple people, with three individuals still missing. The NDRF is conducting difficult rescue operations near a private thermal hydro power plant, where laborers were trapped above the site. Treacherous terrain and floodwaters have made the mission perilous.Visuals from the disaster-hit regions show large machinery washed away, roads broken, and entire valleys submerged.
