It is part of the Starlight Project
For this, OnePlus has developed a multi-channel customer support system. This system will directly assist customers through call centers. Consumers will also have the option of real time live chat, verified WhatsApp support and email based service channel.
This service enhancement is part of the company’s Project Starlight, which the company has announced in the fourth quarter of 2024. Under this project, the company will focus on user feedback and community driven improvements. Under Project Starlight, the company will invest Rs 6000 crore in three years.
OnePlus running free device checkup camp
