10 fake Rs 500 notes deposited in Ameerpet cash deposit machine: HDFC Bank flags fraud; case registered under BNS sections

HDFC Bank reported to SR Nagar police that ten counterfeit Rs 500 notes were deposited in their Ameerpet cash deposit machine. Bank employees discovered the fake currency during a routine check and traced the deposit to a customer's account.
