Vibha Singh Takes Over As District Chairman of Inner Wheel District 304
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The ceremonial installation of Vibha Singh as the District Chairman for the year 2025–26 was recently held in Bhopal during the 41st Assembly of Inner Wheel District 304. She was presented with the District 304 collar by the outgoing District Chairman in a traditional handover ceremony. The new District Executive Team was also formally inducted on the occasion.
In her address, Singh outlined the core focus areas for the year 2025–26. These include the promotion of advanced technology training through the establishment of AI and Robotics Labs, aimed at fostering foundational knowledge in coding, engineering, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship among the youth. She also emphasised environmental sustainability, pledging to plant 100,000 trees across the country using the Japanese “Miyawaki” method, alongside launching initiatives for responsible e-waste management.
Additional initiatives include the launch of Health ATMs under the Medical Equipment Bank project to enhance accessibility to essential health check-ups. Awareness campaigns for the prevention of thalassemia will also be prioritised. Mrs. Singh highlighted the importance of leveraging strategic collaborations and CSR partnerships to maximise the impact of these initiatives.

The occasion was graced by Association President Jyoti Mahipal, who officially inaugurated the Assembly and delivered an inspiring keynote address, setting the tone for a year committed to impactful community service.
The event also included the felicitation of the Association President, Past District Chairmen (PDCs), Rotary Governor, and other dignitaries. Outgoing District Chairman Meenakshi Sharma, who served during 2024–25, delivered the opening remarks, sharing her achievements and reaffirming her dedication to the values and mission of the Inner Wheel movement.
Assembly Convener and Past Association Treasurer Shashi Shukla delivered the welcome address, highlighting the spirit of cooperation among various clubs and acknowledging the exemplary support from the Host Club – Inner Wheel Club of Bhopal. Host Club President Neha Sheriff extended a warm welcome to all attendees and expressed gratitude for their presence.
Notably, 94-year-old Indira Bhaduri, mother-in-law of legendary film actor Amitabh Bachchan, graced the event along with her daughters who reside in Bhopal.
