Rule Change: These 5 big changes will be implemented from July 1, the effect will be visible from LPG to train travel!
Rule Change From 1st July: The month of July is going to start after one day and it is bringing many big changes. Its effect can be on the budget of the kitchen of the house, while it will be seen on the passengers traveling by train and those driving vehicles in the capital Delhi.
Rule Change: The month of June is about to end and July is going to start a day later. Like every month, many big changes will be implemented in the country from the first of July. These can affect every home and every pocket. These changes include the price of LPG cylinder used in the kitchen of the house (LPG Cylinder Price) to the increase in the charge on credit card use. Not only this, Indian Railways is also going to change its rules (Indian Railway Rule Change) from July 1.
First change – LPG cylinder prices
On the first day of every month, the public of the country keeps an eye on the changes made by the oil marketing companies in the prices of LPG cylinders, which is directly linked to the budget of the kitchen of the house. At the beginning of June, oil companies had reduced the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders and reduced them by up to Rs 24 per cylinder. However, the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders have remained the same for a long time. In such a situation, it is expected that changes can be seen in their prices. Along with LPG Price, companies can also revise the prices of aviation fuel (ATF), which will affect air travelers.
Second change – HDFC Credit Card expensive
The second big change with the beginning of July is related to credit cards. Yes, if you use HDFC Bank Credit Card, then it is going to be expensive for you from July 1, 2025. Actually, the bank’s credit users may have to pay extra fees for making utility bill payments. Apart from this, a charge of 1 percent will be levied for adding more than Rs 10,000 in a month to digital wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, FreeCharge or Ola Money) using HDFC credit card.
Third change – ICICI ATM charge
The third financial change to be implemented from July 1, 2025 is related to ICICI Bank and a fee of Rs 23 will be applicable on any withdrawal made from ICICI Bank ATM after the limit of 5 free transactions in metro cities. In non-metro cities, this limit has been fixed at three. Apart from this, if we talk about the new charge on IMPS transfer, then it will be Rs 2.50 per transaction on money transfer up to Rs 1000, Rs 5 on transfer of more than this and up to Rs 1 lakh and Rs 15 on transactions of more than 1 lakh and up to Rs 5 lakh.
Fourth change – Tatkal rail ticket and fare
The fourth change is related to the passengers traveling by Indian Railways. Indian Railway is going to change not one but many rules from the first of July. The first of these is the increase in train tickets (Train Fare Hike), under which the fare of non-AC mail and express trains will be increased by 1 paisa per kilometer, while in AC class it will be increased by 2 paisa per kilometer.
There will be no change in the prices of second class train tickets and MST for a journey of up to 500 km, but if the distance is more than 500 km, then the passenger will have to pay half a penny per kilometer. The second change of the railways is related to Tatkal Ticket Booking Rule Change and under this change, from July 1, 2025, only Aadhaar-verified users will be able to book Tatkal tickets on the IRCTC website or app.
Fifth change – No fuel for these vehicles in Delhi
The fifth important change is for those who own vehicles in the capital Delhi. Actually, from July 1, it was announced that petrol and diesel will not be given to old vehicles at petrol pumps here. According to the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), from the first of July, end-of-life (EOL) old vehicles will not be allowed to get fuel at the pump. EOL includes diesel vehicles that are 10 years old and petrol vehicles that are 15 years old.
