SHOCKING! 21-Year-Old Youth Killed In Sangli After Refusing Homosexual Relations Following Drinking At Function
In a shocking incident from Maharashtra's Miraj, a 21-year-old youth was murdered near Arag village in Sangli district. It is alleged that he was drowned in a lake after refusing to have homosexual relations with two minor boys. The accused boys, aged around 17, have been taken into custody and sent to a child observation home.
As per the report by Maharashtra Times, the incident occurred on Saturday evening when the youth went missing. His family filed a missing person report at the Miraj Rural Police Station on Sunday. Police investigations revealed that the two boys and the youth had attended a pre-wedding function in nearby Belanki village.
Attempt to sodomize after drinking
According to police official from Miraj Rural Police Station, after drinking alcohol at the pre-wedding fucntion, the boys tried to have physical relations with the youth near a lake. He refused, and the boys, angered, beat him and pushed him into the water. The youth drowned due to not knowing the depth of the lake and his drowsiness.
On Monday morning, the police found the body floating in the lake and took it into custody. The body was sent for a postmortem to determine if any physical relations had taken place. The minor boys have admitted to trying this while drunk.
The police are also investigating whether the minors had previous tendencies towards same-sex relations.
