UK YouTuber Loses His AirPods In Dubai, Finds Them In Pakistan, Stolen By Indian; Mystery Solved

In a strange series of events British YouTuber Miles Routledge who lost his AirPods in Dubai has found them in Pakistan nearly after a year. The YouTuber said in his X post that the AirPods were actually stolen by an Indian national in Dubai who allegedly sold them to a Pakistani local. He found out the AirPods with the help of 'Find My Device' feature and Pakistan police.

It all started when Miles shared on social media, revealing that his AirPods went missing or stolen in Dubai hotel. Housekeeping staff visited his room, and afterwards, his AirPods went missing. According to Miles, an Indian man stole his AirPods and later sold to a Pakistan local for $50. Using the "Find My" app, he tracked the device to Pakistan, pinpointing its location near the "2nd Wife Restaurant" in Jhelum.

After locating his device on the maps, Miles reached doorsteps of Pakistan and with the help of local police he found out his lost AirPods. The Pakistani local claimed he had bought them from an Indian national in Dubai, unaware they were stolen.

Miles Thanked Pakistan Police

In another tweet, Lord thanked Pakistan police who helped him to retrive his AirPods. He wrote, "A big thankyou to the Pakistani police force to getting my AirPods for me, namely Mr Tariq, Jhelum district police officer, a very cool man! They also treated me to lunch at 2nd wife restaurant. There were 20 camera man and journalists from every Pakistani news channel, turns out this is a national news story and half of Pakistan knows of it! I ask a random Pakistani on the street and they know about my stolen AirPods! I’ve been recognized several times by strangers!"
