Raja Chaudhary, who was married to television star Shweta Tiwari from 1998 to 2007, has made significant allegations regarding the actress. Raja has accused Shweta of engaging in an affair with her ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ co-star Cezanne Khan. His claims have sparked a new controversy. During an appearance on Pinkvilla’s Hindi Rush podcast, the actor expressed his belief that their marriage should have concluded in 2003 rather than extending until their divorce in 2012. “The divorce that we finalized in 2012 should have occurred in 2003,” Raja stated. He suggested that the indicators of a troubled and distressing relationship were already apparent.
Raja Chaudhary Alleges Shweta Tiwari
Recalling a specific incident, Raja claimed that he once visited Shweta on the sets of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ and observed her arriving in Cezanne Khan’s vehicle. ‘Ek gaadi thii, usmein mere ḍocument the aur mujhe kahin jaana tha to main uski shooting par pahuncha, aake dekh rahaa hoon ki wo Cezanne ke ḍriver ke saath aa rahi hai. vo aa rahi hai usake saath baiṭhkar. jo subah se shooting chal rahi hai. abhi tak to seṭ par bhi nahin pahunche.’
Raja mentioned that despite this observation, he chose to trust Shweta at that moment and dismissed it as a professional meeting between the two actors. However, after many years, the resentment appears to have resurfaced.
When Shweta Tiwari Addressed The Rumors
Interestingly, Shweta had previously addressed these rumors in an old interview with Bollywood Life, denying any romantic involvement with Cezanne Khan. She stated, “I have supposedly had affairs with numerous individuals! Really? When? Has anyone ever spotted me in a coffee shop or restaurant? Has anyone ever seen me at parties? I work 30 days a month for KZK. When do I have the time to engage in an affair?” She further remarked, “They even claim that I have reconciled with him recently. Why would I reconcile with him? I despise him!!”
