WPP Media announces Eeshita Ghosh as Managing Partner

WPP Media has appointed Eeshita Ghosh as managing partner. She announced her new role via a LinkedIn post. Prior to this, Ghosh served as managing partner at Motivator, a GroupM media agency, where she was also the office head in Bengaluru.

Ghosh brings over two decades of experience in media strategy and planning across diverse sectors, including FMCG, automobile, technology, consumer durables, education, apparel, and aviation. At Motivator, she led key mandates and contributed to business growth through leadership roles held over five years.

Before her stint at Motivator, she worked at Wavemaker as general manager for Team ITC South, handling strategy and media planning for ITC Foods, MAB, and ESPB.

In earlier roles, she has worked with Maxus as client leader, MediaCom as business director, Mudra Max as media group head, and MPG as assistant media planner.

Her appointment at WPP Media comes at a time when the agency is undergoing internal leadership restructuring aimed at strengthening its strategic capabilities across client portfolios.
