Krishna Janmbhoomi Case: Plea To Refer 'Shahi Idgah Mosque' As 'Disputed Structure' Dismissed By Allahabad High Court

The Allahabad High Court on Friday dismissed a plea of the Hindu side in the ongoing case related to the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute. The Hindu side had filed the plea to substitute the term 'Shahi Idgah Mosque' with 'disputed structure' in all future proceedings related to the cases before the high court, reported Live Law.

A bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra dismissed the plea filed by advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh. A total of 18 cases related to the matter have been clubbed together. These cases are pending before the Allahabad High Court.
