Capgemini to buy IT firm WNS for $3.3 billion to expand AI operations, expects boost in earnings per share

Capgemini SE is set to acquire WNS Holdings for $3.3 billion, with an aim to enhance its artificial intelligence (AI) operations. The deal is expected to increase the French major's earnings per share by 4 per cent by 2026.
