Harpreet Singh, also known as Happy Passia, is set to be extradited from the US to India. Wanted in connection with multiple terror attacks across Punjab, including the 2024 Chandigarh grenade attack, Singh is allegedly associated with Pakistan's ISI and Babbar Khalsa International.
