Realme 15 Pro 5G, Realme 15 5G Set To Launch In India On July 24, Vicky Kaushal Announced As Ambassador

Realme 15 Pro 5G and Realme 15 5G is all set to launch in India on July 24, the company has confirmed. For the launch, Realme has announced Vicky Kaushal as the smartphone brand ambassador. The phones are pegged to come with AI-backed camera features. The design of the Realme 15 series indicates a glossy back panel and a triple rear camera setup at the back.

Realme has announced that the Realme 15 5G series launch event will begin at 7pm IST on July 24. The event will be live streamed for all users to see. Realme has started a contest on its website wherein it is offering a free Realme 15 Pro to all users who subscribe and show interest for the upcoming launch event.  Interested users can subscribe to the contest here.

The Realme 15 5G series is set to come in four colour options – Flowing Silver, Silk Purple, Velvet Green, and Silk Pink colour options.  The phone will be sold on Flipkart in India.

Given Realme’s portfolio of smartphones, the company is likely to price the devices very aggressively. The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G was launched priced starting at Rs. 29,999 in India. The Realme 15 Pro 5G may be priced at a similar range, with the vanilla variant priced even lower. Past leaks suggest that the Realme 15 may be priced between Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000.

The Realme 15 Pro 5G will likely feature mid-premium level specifications, whereas the Realme 15 may have slightly watered-down specs. Now that the launch date is confirmed, Realme is likely to start revealing more information in bits and pieces.

Realme has shared the tagline ‘Make it Real' hinting at several new AI features integrated in both the phones. It touts the Realme 15 Pro 5G to be the most advanced ‘AI party phone’ yet. The series is also said to feature ‘party-inspired camera features’ including AI-backed tweaks. It will integrate the new AI Edit Genie that will help users erase unwanted background objects, change backgrounds altogether, change colours, and a lot more.
