Adani power finalises Rs 4,000 crore acquisition of Nagpur’s Vidarbha Plant

Adani Power has acquired Vidarbha Industries Power Limited. The acquisition was for Rs 4,000 crore. This acquisition adds 600 MW to Adani Power's capacity. Their operational capacity now stands at 18,150 MW. The company aims to reach 30,670 MW by 2030. This acquisition marks a key step in Adani Power's growth strategy.
