Dhanush and director Vignesh Raja's new film, tentatively titled 'D54', has commenced production, promising a gritty and intense narrative. The first look poster features Dhanush in front of a burning cotton field, hinting at a survival-centric storyline. Mamitha Baiju stars alongside Dhanush, with a supporting cast including Jayaram and Suraj Venjaramoodu. GV Prakash Kumar handles the music, and the film is produced by Vels Film International.
