A Chinese tourist at Milan Airport dramatically protested after being informed her luggage exceeded the weight limit. Refusing to either remove items or pay extra, she resorted to rolling on the floor, shouting, and kicking, much to the surprise and amusement of onlookers. Airport staff eventually calmed her and rebooked her flight.
