Infibeam Avenues concludes Rights Issue worth ₹700 crore, shares oversubscribed 1.4 times

Infibeam Avenues successfully completed a ₹700 crore rights issue, oversubscribed by 1.40 times. The funds will support expansions in digital financial services and AI-driven projects.
