Man held near US Capitol: Guns, bow and arrow found in vehicle; weapons seized

US Capitol Police took a man into custody on Wednesday. The man had weapons in his vehicle. The vehicle was parked along Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC. Officers noticed a bow and arrow inside the car. The man admitted to having guns. Charges are pending against the man. His identity is currently withheld by the authorities.
