Puja Vidhi For Hariyali Teej 2025 At Home
If you're planning to perform the puja at home, here's a simple guide:
- Wake up early and take a holy bath. Light a ghee lamp in your home temple and take a vow to observe the fast.
- Follow a nirjala vrat (no food or water).
- Dress in traditional attire with green clothes and complete solah shringar.
- Clean the puja space, apply cow dung if possible, and sprinkle Ganga jal to purify the area.
- Decorate a chowki with an idol or picture of Lord Shiv and Goddess Parvati. If possible, create idols using clean clay or sand.
