After being handed a new contract which will go upto 2031, Lamine Yamal will be now among the club's top earners. According to Goal.com, he will earn a whopping £325,000 a week, which equates to €15 million (£12.5m/$17m) per season as a base salary, potentially rising to €20m (£17m/$23m) with bonuses.

However, Khel.com report states that with performance-related bonuses and a signing-on fee, Yamal's total annual compensation could reach just shy of €40 million (£33.5m/$45.3m) before tax. His current salary will also surpass Robert Lewandowski's estimated gross salary of €36 million for the 2025-26 season. Before this extension, Yamal earned around €3 million per year
