Why are fans frustrated with the CODToons event in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Warzone?

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Warzone's Season 4 Reloaded launched the CODToons event on July 17, 2025 that let players complete challenges and get free rewards. However, many PC and console players have reported being stuck on the "Connecting to Online Services" screen and have been unable to login.
