India's Dog Dilemma | NDTV Asks The Real Questions

NDTV has been conducting a solution oriented campaign to address the street dog dilemma in the nation. The state govt is allocated funds for dog bite and vaccination monitoring, but only 5 states have Rabies helplines and only 6 states have launched an action plan for rabies. Dog bites and street dog attacks have increased in the past year, dogs are left abandoned and hungry and in packs on our streets making it unsafe for pedestrians, residents and children.  NDTV's Aarthi Kirushnan takes us through the big questions NDTV is asking.
