Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2025 Registration: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has begun accepting applications for the Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2026 under the Agnipath initiative. Those who qualify can apply through the official website agnipathvayu.cdac.in, until July 31, 2025. The exam is likely to take place from September 25, 2025.

Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2025: Application fees

The examination cost of Rs 550 + GST is payable online by the applicant while enrolling for the online examination.

Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2025: Selection process

As per the official notice, the selection process will be done in three phases. They are as follows:

Phase 1: Online Test

1. Science Subjects: 60 mins – Physics, Math, English

2. Other than Science: 45 mins – English, Reasoning & General Awareness

3. Both Groups: 85 mins – All subjects

4. Marking: +1 for correct, -0.25 for incorrect

Phase 2: Document Verification and Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Adaptability Tests I & II

For PFT, candidates have to run 1.6 km in the required time period and push-ups/sit-ups/squats (as per gender norms).

Phase 3: Medical Examination

Conducted as per IAF standards (includes physical & lab investigations).

Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. Age limit

Candidates must be born between 02 July 2005 and 02 January 2009 (both dates inclusive), and their maximum age at enrolment should be 21 years.

2. Educational qualification

(a) Science Subjects

10+2 with Math, Physics, and English with 50% aggregate and 50% in English, OR

3-year Diploma in Engineering (relevant fields) with 50% aggregate and 50% in English, OR

2-year Vocational course with non-vocational subjects, Physics and Maths with the same 50% marks criteria.

(b) Other Than Science Subjects

10+2 in any stream with 50% aggregate and 50% in English, OR

2-year vocational course with the same mark criteria.

Step 3: Now, login to apply and then fill out the form carefully.
