Noida Man's Nose Slashed, Wife Beaten For Scolding Neighbour's Dog

Two people were arrested here and a hunt is on for another after they allegedly assaulted their neighbour and cut his nose as the latter scolded the pet dog of one of the accused, Uttar Pradesh Police has said.
