In view of this, the disaster management agency has advised people to be alert. The administration is also ready to deal with any kind of untoward incident. The special thing is that this rain can not only bring down the temperature.
It can also cause waterlogging in some districts. In such a situation, people have been appealed to keep an eye on the weather alert and go out of the house only when necessary. It is very important to be cautious for the next few days.
Strong winds will also blow along with thunder
APSDMA MD Prakhar Jain said that in the coming days, not only will it rain, but there may also be strong thunderstorms and winds. In such a situation, citizens have been advised to be alert and avoid unnecessary travel.
Heavy rain warning in these districts on Saturday
Heavy rain is expected in both northern and southern parts of Andhra Pradesh on Saturday. Especially the districts in which more impact can be seen. Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Parvatipuram Manyam, NTR, Guntur, Bapatla, Palnadu, Sripotti Sriramulu Nellore, Prakasam, Kurnool, Nandyal, Anantapur, Sri Satyasai, YSR Kadapa, Annamayya, Chittoor and Tirupati. There is also a possibility of lightning and strong winds along with moderate to heavy rains in these districts.
These districts will receive rain on Sunday
There is a possibility of rain in many parts on Sunday as well. According to the Meteorological Department, moderate to heavy rains may occur in Eluru, Krishna, NTR, Guntur, Bapatla, Palnadu, Prakasam and Sripotti Sriramulu Nellore districts. Light to moderate rains will remain in the remaining districts.
Rain has already occurred in these districts on Friday
Rain has already been recorded in many parts of the state on Friday. Dr. BR Ambedkar Konaseema, Prakasam, Eluru, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Krishna, Palnadu, Anakapalle and surrounding areas received light to moderate rains. This has caused a slight drop in temperature.
