Mumbai: Lloyds Realty Chairman Ravi Agarwal Buys 6 Kalpataru Prive Apartments On Altamount Road For ₹227 Crore

Mumbai: In one of the city’s biggest high-value residential transactions this year, Ravi Agarwal, Chairman of Lloyds Realty — part of the Lloyds Group — along with his family, has purchased six apartments in the upscale Kalpataru Prive project on Altamount Road for a total consideration of Rs 227.01 crore. The registration document was accessed through Zapkey. 

About The Deal

The seller in the transaction, registered on July 11, is Kalpataru Hills Residency Pvt Ltd. The acquisition includes flats spanning the 18th to 23rd floors — specifically, apartments numbered 181, 191, 201, 211, 221, and 231 — located at Municipal Street No. 31F, Vakil Lane, off Dr. Gopalrao Deshmukh Marg (Peddar Road), Mumbai.

Together, the units comprise a carpet area of 17,908 square feet, translating to a per square foot rate of Rs 1,26,767 (Rs 1.26lakh). The deal also includes 24 car parking spaces, highlighting the scale and exclusivity of the purchase.

Apart from Ravi Agarwal, the buyer list includes Babulal Agarwal, Chairman of the broader Lloyds Group, making it a prominent family acquisition within Mumbai’s luxury real estate space.

Altamount Road, often referred to as the "billionaires' row" of Mumbai, continues to attract marquee buyers, cementing its status as one of the most coveted residential addresses in the country.
