Chandan Mishra Murder Case: Bihar Police and Kolkata STF Arrest Key Shooters Behind Chandan Mishra Killing
A major breakthrough has been achieved in the Chandan Mishra murder case that occurred in a Patna hospital. Late last night, Bihar Police and Kolkata STF arrested five accused, including the main shooter Tauseef, from a guest house in Kolkata’s Anandpur area. According to sources, Tauseef had planned the murder and executed it by opening fire inside hospital room number 209, targeting only Chandan Mishra. After the attack, he fled from Patna via Gaya, through Jharkhand, and finally hid in Kolkata. The other four accused arrested alongside him include Nishu, Sachin Singh, Harish Kumar, and a woman whose role is still being investigated. One of the accused, Harish, had taken the shooters to the hospital two days before the incident. Nishu is reportedly related to Tauseef and had sheltered the shooters in his house. The accused were caught following intensive police investigations and intelligence inputs. The involvement of gangster Sheru Singh, currently imprisoned in Purulia jail, is also under scrutiny, as he allegedly arranged the murder contract through his network. The arrested will be produced in Kolkata court before being transferred to Patna for further legal proceedings.
